You can make him with the text feature in the pro version of the facepaint section. (Be warned: he took me about 30-50 minutes of typing and repositioning to construct). I chose to add a slight glow effect to the text to really make it pop. I couldn't get his voice spot on, so I've chosen not to add the settings here.
