It's Luigi! I tried to keep this as close as possible to Kotabe and Nakaue's art of him while still keeping him mostly Mii-like. This Mii does have a mustache (row 1, column 5 in black), but is completely obscured by the face paint and was mainly just there as a reference while I drew. Voice sliders are for the US release.
