Pearl Houzuki from the Splatoon series. Minimal makeup bc I don't like the look of heavy shading on my Miis. The face paint is primarily used to cover up parts of the eyes, since this Mii uses the Pearl Mii I made for Tomodachi Life as a base. However, she looks perfectly fine without the face paint too, if that's more your jam (or if you wanna use her on the 3DS). I'll post a Marina once the full game comes out.
